Opportunities in the Age of Uncertainty is the topic of the 4th Global Citizen Forum that takes place in Montenegro on Sveti Stefan on 19 and 20 October, under the auspices of Arton Capitale.
Since the world is facing a large spectrum of risk and uncertainty, the forum has been set up to act as a platform for the exchange of information on identifying new opportunities for economic migration and integration.
Prime Minister Dusko Markovic, actor Robert De Niro, motivational speaker and writer Robin Sharma, Manuel Barroso, Cherie Blair, Wesley Clark, Afrojack, Akon, Eve, Backstreet Boys, Swizz Beatz are just some of the guests who will join the Global Citizen Forum on the St Stefan in the Aman resort on 19 and 20 October.
Irina Bokova, the director of UNESCO, is just one of the speakers who confirmed her main role in the debate on global education on citizenship for peace, sustainable development and human dignity.
Each of these influential people will share their experiences in their area of expertise.
Among others, the issues such as the challenge of globalisation and attracting foreign investment through a resident and citizenship programme for investors will be discussed, as well as using funds to create new jobs and funding government projects.
Through carefully planned presentations, panels and negotiations, the forum will provide all participants with the opportunity to share their experience.
Delegates participating in this year’s forum will have an exclusive opportunity to meet and network with government officials, royal family members, industry experts, financial experts, world renowned motivational speakers, philanthropists, Hollywood stars and some of the richest individuals in the world.
Gaston A. Browne, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, is also expected to attend the event. Therefore one of the topics will be the terrible events of the Irma Hurricane which hit these islands. Robert De Niro, an actor, is also expected to participate in the discussion since he helps in promoting the efforts to raise funds for the affected Caribbean islands. The money raised on the auction night will be used to contribute to Antigua and Barbuda rehabilitation.

“The world is in an unprecedented political and economic uncertainty. Technology, new ways of communicating and changing expectations transform people’s lives. Societies and communities are organized independently and communicate with each other in completely new ways. In the past few months, we have seen the two largest hurricanes in the Caribbean, whereas Catalonia is shattered by the political failure of the independence referendum. At this year’s forum, we will learn how to treat this new disorder in the right way. We will explore the initiatives, practical steps, leadership and great decisions needed to make mankind flourish in times of insecurity,” says Armand Arton, president of Arton Capitale and founder of the Global Citizen Forum.
Panels are planned for both days. In addition, on 19 October a gala evening will be held being held with the concert of Lauryn Hill of the Fugees group. On 20 October, at the closing ceremony a performances of the world stars Eve, Afrojack, Akon and others will be held.
The forum will be held in the unique Aman resort in Sveti Stefan within the Milocer Villa complex, the historical heritage of the 15th century, which is a luxury destination on the Adriatic Sea today.
Aman, Adriatic Properties, Univarsal Capital Bank and the Maestral Hotel are the sponsors of the evenings.
