Czech ambassador: Montenegro made significant progress
Montenegro has made significant progress and achieved some of its strategic goals, primarily membership of NATO, said Czech Ambassador to Montenegro Ivana Hlavsov during a farewell visit to prime minister Dusko Markovic.
She commended administration that managed to achieve a good foreign policy result despite numerous challenges.
Markovic pointed out that Montenegro would be strongly committed to meeting the obligations arising from membership in the alliance. He also said that additional energy will be directed towards the continuation of the European integration process.
“The government remains committed to internal reforms aimed at strengthening institutions and raising the awareness of society,” Markovic explained.
