Turkish investors build residential complex in Kotor

The company “Design & CO” which is building a residential complex of five buildings in Kavac with Turkish funds has gained approval for the preliminary design for two additional residential buildings.

Other buildings are under construction, while all five structures will together have 119 residential units. Chief State Architect Dusan Vuksanovic gave the approval and the buildings were designed by Montenegrin company “Kotor arh”, Pobjeda daily reports.

CEO and founder of the company Design & CO based in Tivat, Sonad Kiliclar owns 51% of the company shares. Berat and Nejat Uygur are company’s co-founders. The CEO of Kotor Arh is Anka Milacic while Sasa Milacis is its founder.

Technical description of the project states that the residential buildings apartments are intended for tourists. The complex will be built on urban plot No. 207, 207, 208, 209, 210, 198 and 199 within the Detailed Urban Plan of Kavac.

Preliminary design foresees four stages of project realisation. The first two stages are currently being realised:
Stage 1 entails construction of two residential buildings, Block A and Block B and construction of the pool with a machine room

Stage 2 entails construction of one residential building – Block C.

Stage 3 entails construction of a garage with an open parking lot whereas

Stage 4 entails the construction of two residential buildings Block D and Block E.
