PM Marković at official launch of Hotel Chedi on Luštica
Prime Minister Duško Marković will attend the official opening of the Hotel Chedi on Luštica on Friday, August 17th, which received the first guests this season.
Hotel Chedi is the first in a row of hotels in the Luštica Bay project worth more than EUR 1.1 billion.
The lease and construction contract referring to Luštica Development, Municipality of Tivat was signed on 23 October 2009 between the Government of Montenegro, the Municipality of Tivat and the company Luštica Development AD Podgorica.
The contracted Investment Programme includes the construction of: 8 hotels (3,310 hotel rooms, 60% capacity with 5 and more stars), 1,250 residential units (including villas and apartments), Thalasso center, 2 marinas with berths and accompanying facilities, golf course with 18 holes, Conference center and facilities for everyday needs open all year round, including shops, restaurants, primary school and health facilities.
