Nobu Montenegro is back

Restaurant Nobu Montenegro is back in a new ambience at a location overseeing the Sveti Stefan island. The restaurant has been opened again in partnership with Adriatic Properties.

Nobu cuisine

Official Nobu Montenegro Facebook Page confirmed that the restaurant will be back for a second sensational summer in Montenegro.

The restaurant will offer the world-renowned tastes of the combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine the Chef Nobu Matushisa is known for. In a few days, guests will be able to enjoy his signature dishes such as Yellowtail Jalapeno Sashimi, Black Cod Miso, New-Style Sashimi and world-class sushi. In addition, many dishes will be inspired by the ingredients of Montenegrin cuisine.

Special Nobu cocktails as well as Nobu Sake will be offered as a special product for Nobu restaurants.

Last year, the restaurant was located at one of the most beautiful Montenegrin sites Kraljicina Stolica (Queen’s Chair), whereas the new restaurant is “set within the paradise of pink sand beaches, breathtaking mountains and stunning views on Sveti Stefan island”.

In cooperation with Adriatic Properties the restaurant will operate near Sveti Stefan in the following years during summer tourist seasons.

Design

The restaurant is designed by PCH studio and it reflects simplicity, luxury and elegance in its modern lines and natural materials.

With a newly designed dining room, bar and terrace with a beautiful view on Sveti Stefan island, Nobu is sure to be the main attraction in Montenegro this summer.

The inside of the restaurant has a view of the sushi table, as well as a large bar at which guests will enjoy the splendid Nobu cocktails.

The restaurant will be managed by international project director Steven Lam and general manager Ai Sunaga.

Excellent chef Nolan Kline of Nobu Las Vegas and sushi chef Tatsuo Takebayashi of Nobu Kuala Lumpur will ensure the perfect Nobu experience together with Nobu veterans from all over the world and 35 seasonal workers from Montenegro.
