No new coronavirus cases were reported in Montenegro
Montenegro had 324 confirmed Covid 19-cases and 9 deaths so far.
The first infection in our country was detected on March 17 and two days ago the Montenegro has become the coronavirus- free country.
“As of yesterday, 148 samples were analysed and no new Covid-19 cases were spotted,” the Institute for Public Health announced.
The epidemiological situation in Montenegro has completely stabilised and that the country is now preparing to reopen its borders to other states under certain conditions.
Our country greatly relies on tourism and is impatiently waiting for its borders to open, as it’s expected that tourism will contribute to the recovery of our economy following the coronavirus crisis.
