Montenegro’s tourism revenues €1bn

During the first ten months of this year, Montenegro has earned more than €900m from tourism. By the end of the year the revenues will exceed €1bn, said minister of sustainable development and tourism, Pavle Radulovic.

As he pointed out, Airports of Montenegro made a serious result.

“Montenegro Airlines has transported more than 470,000 passengers. This year Montenegro has been connected to 42 destinations, and entered the arrangement with TUI charter flights,” said Radulovic.

The minister pointed out that as many as 33 new hotels opened this year and that the number of tourists increased.

“The growth of foreign tourists is almost 20%, and the domestic 8%,” he said, pointing out that the number of Chinese tourists is increasing.
