MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE: Further cooperation necessary
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Milutin Simovic, said that further support of the World Bank (WB) would contribute significantly to the development of agricultural production and rural areas by boosting employment, creating added value in food production and links with other sectors.
He met today with the WB Country Manager for Montenegro, Tatiana Proskuryakova.
“A mutual commitment of the Government of Montenegro and WB to continuing close cooperation in the field of agriculture was expressed at the meeting,” the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development says in a press release.
