Kotor is getting a new luxury resort
Mayor of Kotor, Mr Željko Aprcović, the director of the Direction for Organization and Construction of Kotor, Mr Zoran Mrdak and executive director of the company Bigova Bay, Ms Branka Lazarević, signed today in Kotor the agreement on the implementation of an investment – the construction of a tourist complex in Bigova.
“The local government is proud to have a renowned investor in this business who will invest large sums of money and today is a big day for the Municipality of Kotor,” said the Mayor of Kotor.
Signing of this agreement creates the necessary preconditions for an investment of approximately EUR 300 million.
The aim of this project is to obtain the new content that will raise the region of Donji Grbalj to a higher level.
Mr Aprcović said:”This investment will represent the initial impulsion for future investors in this extremely attractive site.”
