A company from Qatar will build tourism complex near Tivat

“Qatari Diar” company will build an exclusive tourism complex, worth 270 million EUR, in the hinterland of the valley Pržno, in Krtoli near Tivat. This was announced at the meeting of the President of the Government Duško Marković and the representatives of this company.

The company is part of the Qatari state investment fund. It has got three branches at three continents and it is currently carrying out 60 development projects worth over 35 billion EUR in 24 countries worldwide.

Since 2010, they have been owners of 270.000 square meters of land in the Pržno valley.

“They showed their commitment to the realization of this project”, said the representatives of the Government.

Marković said that projects worth more than four billion EUR are currently being carried out in Montenegro. One of the Government’s strategic policies is the improvement of investment environment.

“The door is open for credible investors and we expect not only money but also the experience in business and management that they would transmit into our country. Marković is sure that projects like this one will have full support of the state”, concluded the representatives of the Government.
