British capital: Tenth Planet is building a resort on Luštica worth 10 million euros
The company “Tenth Planet” from Tivat will build a four- and five-star tourist resort on the Lustica peninsula.
In 2014, company announced that they plan to invest ten million euros in the resort. The main state architect Dragan Vukovic gave his consent to the conceptual architectural solution.
The founder of the company is the company Cooperative Laxey Worldwide Wa, registered in the Netherlands, and behind which, according to earlier media reports, stands British capital. The CEO of Tenth Planet is David Murray Sawney.
The location where the tourist resort will be built is part of the local study of the location Mrkovi – Njivice. The total area of these two urban plots is 53,360 square meters with a view of Mamula. The gross area of all facilities will be 23,162 square meters, and the facilities will have 160 rooms and 320 beds.
Complex will also have 147 parking spaces for cars and one for buses.
The construction of a basic building with a central plateau, a shop, a reception, a restaurant, bars, a lobby and four studios, apartments and 20 blocks of villas is planned. It will be built in six phases and each will have a central pool.
The standard unit would be a 70-square-meter apartment. There are some variations with the type of studio apartment (36 square meters) and a premium penthouse unit of 90 square meters.
