Adriatic Properties build in Zabljak
Instead of the oldest hotel on Zabljak, whose demolition began a few days ago, a new five-star hotel with identical but improved outside architecture will be built, said the representatives of Adriatic Properties company from Budva which bought hotel „Durmitor“ a year ago.
Leaseholder of Sveti Stefan, Miločer, Kraljiča plaža and Maestral will build a luxury complex with five stars, that will have 70 rooms with 140 beds. The hotel will also will have two restaurants, children club, indoor and outdoor pool, parking place, conference room and spa in the underground.
This location is historically very important for Montenegro and for that reason before the hotel was completely demolished, the investor recorded the old hotel, inside and outside, so that the new hotel has the same architectural characteristics as the old one.
The removal of the existing facility began on April 30th, and investors’ representatives assure that the work will end in the next 30 to 45 days, before June 15 when the summer season starts on Zabljak.
The new hotel will be managed by a renowned world hotel operator who will be obliged to employ people from Žabljak and the north of Montenegro in the first place.
